SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All custom items sold on my website are non-returnable non-refundable. They are one of a kind and with the ongoing issues with Covid I cannot resell a bag that has already been shipped and it may have been used by someone else.  If it is damaged for some reason during shipment, you will need to contact the shipping company for reimbursement of the bags.  I will be happy to provide you with the receipts you will need.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 5 days to examine the bag for defects of hardware.  If there are any defects of hardware pictures need to accompany your request for replacement or credit.  Bags are inspected by me before being shipped.  If I don’t hear from you by the 5 day examination period all sales are final.
